Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD)
We offer efficiently pipeline installation by Horizontal Directional Drilling which is a trenchless, steerable procedure to lay underground pipe and optic cable. There has been a necessity to install pipelines: much deeper to prevent pipeline vandalism, by pass restive communities, across river, rail and road, from land to sea: Shore approach. Horizontal Directional Drilling is a viable option.
Installation of Fiber Optics and Power Transmission Cables via HDD
Traverse Energy Services Limited efficiently execute the installation of power transmission and fiber optic lines via horizontal directional drilling across roads, railways. water bodies, buildings etc. with minimal environmental impact.
Pipeline Leak Repair/Clamping
De-Oiling/De-Watering (for oil and gas pipelines respectively, we do so by using various pigging vehicles, chemical/gels and special inhibitors in the cause of cleaning and de-watering. We can also deploy high capacity Air compressors for de-watering and drying of the Gas Pipeline prior to Nitrogen Purging of the Gas Pipeline)

THE PROCESS DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT LIMITEDs’ WAY Quality Assurance at PROCESS DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT LIMITED The Quality Assurance Representative informs the Project Manager on Quality Assurance matters related to the quality program, which requires management attention.
The Quality Assurance representative reports on a regular basis to the Quality Assurance Manager. This report covers audit summaries, non-conformance and corrective action and a general progress report. The Quality Assurance Manager carries out audits, as required, in the Quality Assurance Management.
The Quality Assurance Representatives has the responsibility and the organizational freedom to identify problems; initiate, provide or recommend solutions, and verity implementation of solutions.
The Quality Assurance Representative is responsible for maintaining and documenting the Quality Assurance Program, which is established by project Management.
Corporate Social Responsibility at PROCESS DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT LIMITED From inception, we have had a CSR Policy covering business ethics and transparency; environment, health and safety; stakeholder, host community relations; employee relations; human rights; and community investment. This policy applies to activities undertaken anywhere in the Nigeria by PROCESS DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT LIMITED and our subsidiaries and affiliates, whose operations we manage. We define CSR as, conducting business in a socially responsible and ethical manner; protecting the environment and the safety of people; supporting human rights; and engaging, learning from, respecting and supporting the communities and cultures with which we work. Collectively, we have established Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) as a core operating principle governing all

PROCESS DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT LIMITED has set goals such as preventing incidents/accidents resulting in injuries/ illnesses, material damages and environmental impacts through a comprehensive diversified HSE program that includes a return to work program and a prevention program including practices such as hazard/risk analysis, inspections, safe work methods, established procedures. PROCESS DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT LIMITED’s managers and supervisors are responsible for applying and ensuring compliance with the company’s work procedures and practices, as well as with the various rules that have been established. They are also responsible for providing the personal protective equipment needed to carry out various tasks and for ensuring that all tools and equipment are used and maintained according to the manufacturer’s guidelines. In addition, PROCESS DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT LIMITED’s managers and supervisors will ensure that their employees receive the required training, are made aware of the risks associated with their tasks and ensure that they are familiar with the laws and regulations governing the risks to which they are exposed. All incidents, accidents and near misses will be investigated and corrective measures will be identified and implemented.
